- At the general meeting on Monday March 7, there will be time allocated from 7.30 pm onwards for general discussion on the proposed Mandatory Rest Periods and any other matter that the members feel needs to be addressed at AERA level eg UAE letters.The major project for AERA in 2016 is Constitutional Change.

SMC Update & Casual Vacancy
- Trent Huxtable has resigned from the Committee as of Monday 8 February. Pat Hodgetts thanked Trent for his 7 years of service to the committee. A tremendous effort.
- There is now a CASUAL VACANCY for the TEERA State Management Committee.
- Written nominations for the position are due in by 2016 FEBRUARY 19.
- State Management Committee members and their roles for 2016 have been updated on the contacts page.
- Many of the local club committee contact details are outdated. Please help keep the website up to date by sending updated club committee details to web@teera.asn.au whenever these details change.

AGM Moved (again!)
The Annual General Meeting originally scheduled for today, Saturday 15:00 @ Lions Park has been cancelled to due to a lack of numbers. Instead...
- The AGM will now be held at Takone next Friday night at 19:00.
- Hot roast rolls and refreshments will be provided Friday evening.

Jill Sheean Memorial Ride Postponed!
Jill Sheean Memorial Committee wish to advise that the ride scheduled for February 20th is to be postponed. The ride base is currently in use due to the dry conditions and with water being very scarce there isn't enough spare. The ride will hopefully be held in August/September. The spot for Feb 20th is available now to any Club which may have a suitable location. Apologies and please pass onto all members. Pat Lamprey.
