TEMPERATURE LOGS

• ALL HORSES MUST SUBMIT A FOUR DAY TEMPERATURE LOG AT THE GATE BEFORE ENTERING THE RIDE BASE
• See opposite for Horse Health Declaration
• No completed log means no entry to the ride base.

RIDE BASE ENTRY

• For biosecurity purposes, the ride base will open from 13:30 Friday
• if you have to arrive prior to this time, please contact Graham Bucknell 0417 971 055 to make alternative arrangments.*
• If riders wish to leave the base early they will be required to fill out an 'Early Logbook Collection' request at the entry/weigh station PRIOR to starting the ride.

VETTING

• Vetting on Friday afternoon from 3pm - closes at 7pm
• Early vetting Saturday morning from 5.30am to 6.15am prompt for 80k and 40k riders
• Vetting for 20k and 5k riders starting 7.30am onwards

BRIEFINGS

• All briefings will be held on Saturday morning outside the hut near the canteen. 6:20am for 80km and 40km riders.
  Novice riders MUST attend briefing otherwise risk being disqualified pre ride.

• Pre ride briefing for 20km and 5km riders will be at 8:30am. ALL of these riders MUST attend.

OTHER INFORMATION

• Offers of help from TPR's would be greatly appreciated!
• Electronic timing will be used
• North East Pony Club canteen will be available on Friday and Saturday.
• All rubbish to be removed from site, including manure and hay. Thank you for helping us keep the site clean.
• No smoking on track
• No littering on track
• No dogs allowed as per land owner rules

• All riders MUST present the completed 4 day Horse Health Declaration, for each horse, on arrival at the ride base. If you arrive without this you will not be allowed onto the ride base and will not be allowed to ride.

There are three forms to download and fill in:

Horse Health Declaration - You must take and record your horse's temperature for three days before the ride PLUS the day of arrival at the ride. (click here)

COVID REQUIREMENTS

• As a requirement from the Tasmanian Government, all persons attending must download the Check-In Tas App and scan the QR code on arrival. If you are unable to do so there will be an attendance sheet to fill out manually.

• Anyone who has recently been overseas or in a designated high risk area on the Australian mainland MUST not attend the event. Anyone exhibiting symptoms that might be consistent with COVID 19 MUST NOT attend the event. Anyone requiring specific advice on their personal circumstances should contact Mark Dunn on 0427 981 517.
