BIOSECURITY PROTOCOL
- ALL HORSES MUST HAVE A FOUR DAY TEMPERATURE LOG (HHD) COMPLETED BEFORE ENTERING THE RIDE BASE (See opposite for link to print the form)
- ALL vehicles must wait at the entrance until all documents have been inspected.

OTHER INFORMATION
- Electronic timing will be used
- We will be having a $15 roast & salad dinner Friday night - please BYO plate & cutlery
- A canteen will be available throughout the event
- Children are to be supervised at all times
- No DOGS!
- Please keep the site clean. All hay, manure and rubbish must be put in the skip bins or taken home.

- Online nominations will close 20:00 (8:00pm) Wednesday 3rd November 2021
RIDE BASE LOCATION
- M.E.E.R. ride base (NEW LOCATION) is located along Merseylea Road between the main Mersey River bridge and train line.
FORMS TO DOWNLOAD
There are three forms to DOWNLOAD, PRINT and FILL IN:
Horse Health Declaration - You must take and record your horse's temperature for three days before the ride PLUS the day of arrival at the ride. (click here)
Ride Entry Form - To be completed by all participants (click here)
Day Rider Form - To be completed if not a current TEERA member and are entering a 50km or 20km ride (click here)
COVID REQUIREMENTS
- All persons attending must download the Check-In Tas App and scan the QR code on arrival. If you are unable to do so there will be a manual attendance sheet at the entrance of the ride base.
- Anyone who has recently been overseas or in a designated high risk area on the Australian mainland MUST not attend the event.
